  • No its not a bad thing at all as long as your eating 1200 calories because if your not you go into starvation mode and wont loose anything. I sometimes eat the calories back sometimes I dont, just depends on my day.

  • I wear a sports bra and then a tank top with another one built in. I have bought cheap ones and they do not work. So far my favorite has been from Champion. Its worth the money because I have noticed I dont work out as hard because its uncomfortable with all the movement.

  • Yes I agree packing your gym stuff and going right after work has helped me. If I would stop at home I am less likely to get back out. Also, find things you like to do for excercise like walking with friends or if you like dancing take a Zumba class. Zumba has become my new obsession.
