Anybody got any healthy sauce recipes well as healthy as can be or healthy choices out there? I won't touch diet makes as they seem worse than normal. I'm really struggling with eating, I'm so use to drowning food in mayo, salade cream, Tom sauce, chicken sauces parsley sauces ect. And I want to stay away from high fats.

Daily Sugar Goals
