Hello MFP community! I'm searching for ideas for low impact (sometimes no impact) exercises. I have arthritis and other autoimmune issues which causes pain and inflammation in my joints and tendons. Does anyone have suggestions on low impact exercise (besides swimming) that is still good for burning a lot of calories? I love my workouts, but I'm having medical issues that may soon prevent me from doing them so often.
