Intimidated by the gym?
So I joined a gym, I have a trainer once a week. Other than that session though, I cant bring myself to go. Im completely intimidated by the gym, the people and the machines. Id like to say I have baby weight to lost, but my youngest is now 2.5. I gained 50lbs when I was pregnant with her. Logging Jillian Michaels
I just started Jillian's Ripped in 30....how would you log that exercise? I have a jawbone coming this week, so I eventually can log calories burned but until then, what would I/how would I log that exercise since I have no idea what my calories burned are? Thanks so much!

Wrist weights in leiu of hand weights?
Do they have the same effect? I ask bc I have a long standing wrist issue in which hand weights aggravate it, but the wrist weights do not. Do you know if they have virtually the same effect?

What do you eat on the go?
Im on the road a lot with work, so I can't always bring my lunch to work. I frequently stop at fast food, delis, whatever is around for lunch (hello +30 pounds!). I know want to lose those but my on the road options haven't changed. What do you grab on the go for lunch to make smarter choices?
