If you could choose any body from the BR crew, which one would you choose?
I finished the shred on Friday. I did it Monday to Friday and had a weekend away in the middle where I ate what I wanted. I tried to keep to my 1340 calorie per day allowance but didn't always succeed. Overall I only lost 4 lbs but I did loose 15.5". I am happy with my results but would love to have seen a bigger reduction…
I'm new to the forums and wonder how everyone calculates their goal weights - is it just plucking a number from thin air or is there theory to it? I am 38, weigh 144lbs, am 5'6" and have no idea of what I 'should' weigh. Truth be told I don't actually care once I lose my jelly belly and tone up. Even if the scale remained…
