How many Calories do I ACTUALLY burn?
I've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week now for just over a month, each session i spend 1-2 hours. If i'm there for an hour ill do the stationary bike for that hour at 13-14 mph constant on here it says id loose anything within the 600 calorie range. I'm very confused on what i'm meant to believe and don't know how…
