Hello everyone. I grabbed my hubby's resistance bands today and started doing some bicep curls...problem is I have no clue what to log that activity as. The bands are light, medium, and hard and I have no clue what "pounds resistance" each have so that I can make a new activity out of it....Anyone have a solution?!?!
