I need more friends who are active on mfp. I need friends that will help push me give me critics and say something. Too many of my friend on my damn list are just looky loos and never respond to the timeline or are never truly accountable. Tough is what I'm looking for..humor is a HUGE plus.

I have a bad case of it right now. Squats. It's been two days and my legs are still in pain,weak and sore to the touch. I drink lots of water. How do you treat yours?
Im having trouble keeping my calories up to par. I am type two diabetic so I can't have too many carbs per meal and I don't need sugar. I want to lose weight but my real goal is start lifting..HEAVY. Started my journey a few months ago, but created a MFP account yesterday. I'd like to make friends...any age and any stage of their journey. I have type two diabetes and I'm currently hooked up to a 21 day heart monitor. I've lost 17 lbs so far. Im doing well..steady on to my goals. I hope to meet all of you soon.
