My meal log is open to view. I haven't been to good at tracking everyday because (working on that). You should try what is good for you. Take a glucose reading after a new meal. Im having the same exact problem..same areas. Mr doctor thinks it's rosacea but it started when I began to eat cleaner. It seems to be better now. It may be hormonal as well. My TOM isn't as crazy the last few months..

This bout is the kind where you go to sit down and you just fall in your seat. I did a short set of squats hugging a huge bucket of sand. About 40lbs. I know it doesn't sound pretty but I'm doing it for strength. I went low and slow. :sick:

no i am not.i do really well with consistency..in almost all aspects of my life. i will change it from time to time but for now i know how much my food will cost monthly (im a little broke but making no excuses). and i dont mind the same meals..i look forward to my egg wrap in the morning and chicken for dinner. i crave…

Yes mine is open. I'd like constructive feedback. I want to lose..and start lifting..soon. I just added more calories today because I've been reading a lot in the forums on the subject of eating back exercise calories.
