Not sure what to do
I have been trying to lose weight for about a year now. In the being it was easy. I quit drinking carbonated beverages and lost 30 lbs quick. But can't seem to loose a single pound since then. I eat fruit and veggies all the time (try to stay in a 1000 to 1200 calories diet). I walk a mile 3 mornings a week and 2 every…
