Soda/Pop... my Achilles heel?
I like my Diet Coke. I do limit myself to one 12 oz can a day. Is it really the Achilles heel to my diet? I drink 6 glasses of water a day and overall eat a clean diet full of proteins, veges, and fruits. I am not seeing the losses as quick as I would like so analyzing my diet.
