I love samphire and eat it whenever I can find it but have so far completely failed to find any nutritional information for it. I could be shovelling tonnes of calories in every time I eat it (although I understand it contains no fat, so probably not!) or none at all. Can anyone help?
The site recommends that we drink 8 cups of water a day - can anyone tell me how much a cup actually is e.g. in ml? Thanks!
