TOO MUCH SUGAR
I need some help in lowing my sugar intake. I am not eating sugary good like cakes, cookies, candy; nor a lot of bread, pasta or rice. But so far I have been over my sugar intake everyday. I also have not been eating enough food due to my workouts. So, how do I eat more food without eating too much sugar? Ging

Hello, I am Ginger. I have tried food dairies before and I am not good at them. I am going to try again because I've been told it's the key to losing weight. I think I eat well and I work out at least 5 times a week, and I can't lose a pound. Here goes trying. Started May 5, 2013
