I dont know what I have done wrong but I have gained 2-4lbs in a week?! Ive been off my well, time of the month, for a few days now.. But I suppose I did eat more.. Do you normally still have weight gain after you have finished?

I didnt know if to put this here or in motivation and support so sorry if Ive placed it wrong. Im going away on saturday for the week to see a friend a few hours away. Im quite worried about the whole eating situation and staying healthy considering shes average weight and can eat whatever she wants. Any tips?

Basically I hear that celery is 0 calories but I dont understand how anything can be 0 calories, myth?
