Exercising and Counting Calories but not loosing weight
I have been using my fitness pal for 3 weeks and have not been seeing weight loss. I usually burn 150 -300 calories at the gym 3-4 days a week and never seem to eat all my calories. I'm 5'2 and and currently 114 pounds. I would like to get to 110. Does anyone have any advice on how to jump start this weight loss.
