I need advice about Meal times.
I know everyone has there own thoughts on this topic but I am wanting some advice or just everyone's opinions. I want to know if you think having your bigger meal at lunch or dinner is better and why. I am trying to keep to my 1200 calories and loose weight and just need some help!

Getting back on it
I am back again and I am lacking motivation in my diet and working out. I have lost weight and put it back on. Stuff that's happened in the last year is making it harder mentally to get back into it. Any help advice and motivation would be amazing!!

Needing help to not feel guilty on a rest day!

Loosing this baby belly
Are there any moms out there who have had success loosing there baby belly?? I am trying really hard and I gained "love handles" and I have the, sorry for the oh so scientific medical terms, stretchy saggy looking skin on my belly.
