Am I eating enough?
I know there are many posts on here about this but I am struggling currently to get the weight off. I am currently 173.8lbs. I would like to get down to 150. I have been exercising 6 or 7 days a week. Cardio almost every day with running(2 miles) and 3 times a week weight lifting for 4 weeks and have only seen a 4.6lb…
