Hello ....another newbie!!
New to this site , Hubby and Dad of 2, Been working hard since beginning of Jan. down 22lbs since then , running 3 miles daily (under 21 minutes) , 30 minutes of weights. Still struggling to lose that final 10. Anyone wanting to Buddy for motivation? Any other Dads out here? Over 40 Club?
