Hey everyone,

Just joined the group, Started my journey back in January, currently down 22 lbs and hit my plateau.... Eating clean but just cant seem to shake that last bit of belly flab...
Cut back on Carbs
Added more lean protiens
Running 3 miles/daily in under 21 minutes
Follow that with Core/weight training

Any ideas?

    It sounds like your body may have gotten used to what you are doing. Trying something different like adding some swimming or Pilates into your workout. Keep up your running, but maybe swap out a couple of times a week.
