I want chunky legs, what do I do?
Hey So I've recently lost weight, but my legs have gone quite skinny! I don't like it, I prefer to have them a bit more chunky. What exercises should I be doing? And should I be eating anything in particular? I do a few classes a week at the gym including kettlebells, body pump and legs, bums and tums. Thanks :)

Now I know it's impossible to predict the affects of lifting on individuals but I'm about to buy myself a set of dumbbells to use at home. My main aim at the moment is to lose body fat!
