What should my goal weight be??
Hey all, I joined MFP a long time ago but never really 'got' the weight loss / exercise thing. I'm 5'2 and 187lbs, female with a large build (or is that just fat, lol?). I guess what I want to know is...what's everyone's opinion on what my goal weight should be? I've been 120lbs before and people said I didn't look…
