Recently I have changed my diet from a lot of pasta to fruits, vegetables and shakes and a lot of chicken , beef and fish. :)

keeping track of food
i do not keep track of calories cause it is too hard for me to do. my diet is erratic because I babysit and i eat whatever I can find wherever I am.

protein shake replacement
I have started using meal replacements through Herbalife along with Whey Protein Powder I bought at Walmart. I would like to know of a less expensive way to get a lot of protein in my meals for less then what I spend on fruits and powders for these drinks.:bigsmile:
