TDEE - BMR - Weight Lifting
I will try to keep this short and sweet. I'm confused about where lifting weights comes into TDEE. I lift heavy 3x a week (5x5 plus 3-4 other lifts for 3-4 sets each), takes an hour to an hour 15 depending on what I feel like.
