TDEE - BMR - Weight Lifting

I will try to keep this short and sweet. I'm confused about where lifting weights comes into TDEE.

I lift heavy 3x a week (5x5 plus 3-4 other lifts for 3-4 sets each), takes an hour to an hour 15 depending on what I feel like.
I walk on the treadmill for 10-20 min after.....walking at 3.6 - 3.8, sometimes inclined
I sometimes do HIIT 2-3x a week

Stats:
5'8
135.1 lb ( was 140 on Monday after my carb refeed Sunday)
between 22%-23% BF

For the past 4-5 days I have eaten at 2300 calories except one day was just 1800 or so
40/30/30 or pretty close to it

I have lost almost 5lbs ~ I would think it would be mostly water but I did a carb refeed Sunday (depletion workouts Thurs and Fri) which put me back at 140 which is due to high carbs storing water. Since the refeed my carbs have been pretty high so there shouldn't bee too much water loss at this point. I also drink about a gallon a day, I drink 3x 20 oz just with my workouts.

I did my TDEE based on moderately active. I have a desk job.

If I do it at a higher activity level, how do weight workouts fit in there? What sort of expenditure am I getting on an hour or an hour fifteen?

* I did a full depletion workout on Tuesday ~ I love them so I throw them in here and there.

VLC combined with low calories (unintentional, I had no idea how little I was eating) burned my thyroid and adrenals so my naturopath has me on raw adrenal, raw thyroid, chromium, rALA and Vanadium. I started taking these last week. I refuse Rx drugs unless the issue can't be sorted out any other way. I also had to cut coffee, eeeeek.
