I wish they would bring back the Ticker or something similar. It was fun, motivating and I really liked it. There is no fun stuff like it on here anymore.

Walking at work
I walk non stop at my job and that is what I have entered for my first couple of days. Does walking at work count or only extra walking?

I started 3 days ago and I love this program! MFP is so much easier than the old way of having to look up calories and figure and keep track of everything yourself. And on here I'm don't feel alone on my journey to weight loss and better fitness and health!
