Calories burned for 30 Day Shred Level 3
Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone has been able to figure out calories burned for level 3 of the 30 Day Shred using a heart rate monitor or other reliable device? On MFP message boards and other forums, I've seen estimates between 200-450 calories, which is a pretty big window. Thanks!
