Realistically how much does muscle weigh?
I'm not body building or deliberately aiming for bulk, but I do have genetically hearty kind of physique where I gain muscle very easily and I do plenty of exercise, so I know I'll be looking at a heavier weight than average. Does anyone else actually feel fat coming off?
I get this thing when I'm losing weight where I'm sure I can actually feel the fat coming off. I get these kind of little bubbly feelings in bits of my body where it feels like there's a little drinking straw gone to that bit of my body and it's just sucking a little bit of fat from the inside.
