Kinda disheartened
But I did set MFP to lose 1lb a week and that just what it's done. Maybe I thought at least a few more with it being my 1st week. Just tweaked it to lose 1.5 but don't think I can cut my cals that low, I am pretty active looking after 2 horses and a 12-year-old. Any ideas how to get my head into this, I've just moved over…

Night time hell
I do so well in the day its the moment I start thinking how well I have done I suddenly want to eat, this is always at night. I have tried drinking water, green teas, even the odd sleeping tablet. From being a child I have always been a night eater, I would love any advice or tips what I can do to break this cycle?
