That never occurred to me, I've been on this journey since Sept 2017and so far lost 45lbs I have no future plans to look forward to other than re-breaking my ex-racehorse in April. Yes breakfast is a problem for me so yes maybe try having that later, does eating later say after a certain time (later at night) hinder weight loss?

I would say its around 9pm. The only bonus is I cant not stand the smell of cooking in the house at night, so its stupid things like bread crackers cheese and other cold foods, If I have a cup a soup before I know it I have 2 rounds of bread in my hands.
