I've always been a treadmill runner, but have started venturing outside recently. I'm currently running at an estimated speed of 4.5 to 4.8 mph. I figured that the proper music might help. Does anyone have any running playlists that have the beat from 5.0 to 5.5 mph? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
