My daily sugar recommendation is 24g My apple and orange for the day is 53g Never mind the regular food I am eating. What is going on? What fruits have no sugar? I need succsss sample menus to follow because I don't think I will be losing weight with this :(
My daily is 1200, followed it for a week and no loss. However, my carbs were a little higher. Could that be why I didn't lose weight? Plus not drinking 8 glasses of water. About 2 a day. HELP!!!
