  • I have a friend ...the exact same thing as you she had, she was told there was no way to get rid of the "pouch" except for a mini tuck. Her skin was stretched from babies and then weight loss. Not sure if surgery is an option for you or not.
  • Wow..I guess I am new here. Never new they existed. I guess my $9.99 pedometer that I got at CVS isn't good. I would just calculate my steps and turn it into calories burned. Too me that seems easy but from what I am hearing it's not accurate enough :( Oh well I will get the hang of this one way or another. Thanks guys.
  • Hi..newbie here.. what is a HRM or Polar??
  • Oh good. Thank you guys. Sorry just a newbie here. Trying to figure out my nutrition value and don't want to sabatage my new way of eating :)
  • Yes, the MFP stated that my food intake should be 1200. I have averaged 1100 and did not count my walking calories. So my guess is that I am eating too little and my body is in starvation mode. Thanks guys.
  • So if it works by eating back let's say my 200 calories of walking then my 1200 cals go up to 1300 cals a day?
  • Thanks :) I exercise 5 days a week by walking during my work lunch. I count those calories burned as bonus calories. I keep them in the bank and don't use them, unless I am in a jam. I do eat veggies and proteins. Fruits, have calories?? See I am new to this. Maybe that's my problem. I need to begin at basics.
