My daily sugar recommendation is 24g
My apple and orange for the day is 53g Never mind the regular food I am eating.
What is going on? What fruits have no sugar?
I need succsss sample menus to follow because I don't think I will be losing weight with this

All fruits have sugar.
If your going over you sugar goal due to fruit comsumption then don't worry about it! Just stay within your overall calorie target0 -

Don't worry about the sugars from natural sources like fruit as they come combined with other lovely things like vitamins and fiber. The sugars to worry about are the added ones in any processed (canned, boxed) foods that you eat. Unless of course you have diabetes or something and then you should talk to your doctor about which foods you should be eating or avoiding.0
