Are personal trainers worth it?
I was considering hiring a personal trainer for a couple sessions so he or she could show me the best exercises for me. I am not really familiar with any of the machines at PF except for the treadmill and bicycle. I don't want to waste my time or hurt myself doing them incorrectly. McDonalds or Chinese food?
I am really craving both of these places. Which one would be better for me so I could try to stay as much on track as possible? I would either get 2 McChickens with no mayo and a small fry or General Tsos Chicken?

I want to start cooking more at home because I know it is healthier for you but how do you get a calorie count if you use multiple ingredients?
