I've been working out for a month now. I have been doing Hip Hop Abs at least 5 days a week sometimes 6 days and anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I took the advice of myfitness pal and been on a strict 1200 calorie diet. I've lost almost 4 lbs the first 2 weeks but nothing since, not even in inches. I feel like I should…
