Does anyone here use CLA supplements?
Just curious to see how many people have used CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) as part of their diet/fitness regime and has it worked for you? I used it about 4-5 years ago, while working out, and I found it worked, but then again, that could just be co-incidence. Any thoughts?
