Does anyone here use CLA supplements?

Just curious to see how many people have used CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) as part of their diet/fitness regime and has it worked for you?

I used it about 4-5 years ago, while working out, and I found it worked, but then again, that could just be co-incidence.

Any thoughts?

    I tried CLA and noticed no improvement.

    I've been using "Ab Cuts" that I got at my local GNC for the last 2 weeks. It's a mixed supplement but does have CLA. I think the only thing I notice is it helps with my energy since it has caffeine, and I just started to workout in the morning so it helps me there. But for weight loss/muscle building I would say no it doesn't do anything for me, and when I run out I'll just switch to coffee or energy drink.
