suggestions on using lentils
I am trying to incorporate lentils into my diet but I have NEVER eaten them before. What are some ways to prepare them and how often should I eat them? I know they are excellent protein but the taste isn't great. I need to spice them up somehow without adding to many calories. What is your favorite way to eat them?
