I make my own homemade whole wheat bread, but I have never before tried to figure out the calorie/carb/sugar content. How can I do that. I am trying to stay away from simple carbs, but this is whole wheat with no preservatives in it so I know it's a healthy grain for me. Is there a standard wheat bread that I can base it off of?

Put the recipe into the recipe builder. Pick the number of servings and it will figure it up for you.0

For full nutritional labelling for a recipe you make all the time and the same way every time, I like Nutritiondata.com. It actually generates a "nutritional facts label" for you, and it analyzes it for a bunch of micronutrients.
Or, yeah. You go to the "my recipes" tab, and look up each ingredient in the MFP database, and create the recipe for yourself.0
