I am challenging myself to walk 20 miles in June. What about you? This is the first physical challenge I've given myself... need motivation!
Hello all, I seem to be going over by 300-400 calories everyday. And this is with me trying VERY hard. VERY VERY HARD. I have cut out all sweets besides marshmellows (they are fat free) and a 90 calorie fiber brownie from time to time. I am drinking water, and lightly exercising. Will I still lose?
