What are the most powerful binge triggers for everyone? And any time you managed to overcome them how did you do it?
Hi All, So I was just wondering how we wanted the 'Challenge' to work? Is the challenge simply to avoid binging for the next 8 weeks? Does anyone else want to do mini challenges etc during the week or any particular kind of tracking?
Here we can post ideas and what works for us when what we really need is distraction from the binge-reflex or something to get us out of the fridge/pantry/kitchen/house and AWAY FROM FOOD. Can't wait to get some ideas!
