Hey guys. I plan to start Chris Freytag's 10 pound Slimdown. It's a month-long program working out 20-40 minutes a day but I plan to work out for 40 minutes every day, adding in extra cardio and stuff. Anyone wanna join me?
So when I started working out and exercising, I weighed 177 and had 52 pounds I wanted to lose. I think I even joined for a while. 1.5 years later I am down to the bottom bar, weighing 138 with only 13 pounds left.
