Seems like I get one thing straightened out & another pops up. My exercise shows 90 mins of walking burned 700 & a few. On the mail it says I burnt 1500 & some odd for 90 min walk. Thinking I need to stick with just reading the help feature.
Am I missing a way to keep track of cholesterol on MFP ?
I don't because the scale caused me to go off too many diets.If I gained,it was "what's the use", losing a couple pounds it was " now I can slack off & eat!". What was I thinking? I wasn't. I need to lose 60 pds & doing it 20 pds at a time.Mainly trying to lower cholesterol levels.Just getting back to a daily walk.Know it won't help in losing,but it won't hurt. Have exercise asthma,so can't do any real fast exercise.Would love to have diet buddies.Age doesn't matter.Pat
