Seems like I get one thing straightened out & another pops up. My exercise shows 90 mins of walking burned 700 & a few. On the mail it says I burnt 1500 & some odd for 90 min walk. Thinking I need to stick with just reading the help feature.

Calorie burn factors - height, weight, age, gender, exertion level (among others) ....
The reason for the inconsistancy ....MFP and many machines cannot know your exertion level ..... an HRM with a chest strap compares to your resting heart rate .... a 4 MPH walk may be easy for you but difficult for someone else.
Many people choose to use MFP numbers but consistantly take a percentage off the top.
For the most accurate number use a heart rate monitor .... one with a chest strap is more accurate than the wrist only jobs..... this works pretty well for cardio.... not so much for other stuff.0
