I need to lose 60 pds & doing it 20 pds at a time.Mainly trying to lower cholesterol levels.Just getting back to a daily walk.Know it won't help in losing,but it won't hurt.

Have exercise asthma,so can't do any real fast exercise.Would love to have diet buddies.Age doesn't matter.Pat
