Net Carbs... fact or fiction?
Total Carbs - Fiber = Net Carbs I've heard that some people use this formula and others consider it rubbish. To me, at first it made sense. EX: eating whole wheat pasta is better for you, because you are getting fiber and not just eating a starch that turns into sugar. But there seems to be quite a few conflicting opinions…

Shakology... disgusting?
I can't stand the after taste! Does anyone else have this problem?? I mixed the chocolate flavor with coconut milk and a little coffee. Admittedly, the shake did it's job as a meal replacement (I wasn't hungry for a good four hours after drinking half of it) but I couldn't even finish the damn thing cuz of the aftertaste.…

Should I count it?
I work in a medical office, and I am on my feet all day... up, down, walking patients all around. Should I count this is the "exercise" part of the diary, even though I am used to it and do it everyday?
