How often do you weigh yourself and how often do you log it? I weigh myself daily but my weight fluctuates a lot, up to two pounds within a day and about 4 lbs depending on TOM and what I ate the day before. Once weekly sound right? Bloated after excercise
I notice the day after I exercise that I am bloated/ swollen. Like my belly, thighs, ankles. I alternate a bit of running (I'm doing c25k, week 3) and some cardio workouts from hasfit.com.
