Struggling to lose again
So i lost 11lbs on mfp through May/June eating 1200/1300 cals a day and exercising but eating back my cals. through July we moved house and it was a busy time and i went back to normal eating and no exercising. 30ds results/ Getting rid of my mummy tummy!
Right so i am now 11 weeks postpartum, and i started working out at 6 weeks (after putting on 6lbs in weeks 4-7, due to eating crap) I do have stretchmarks, i also had a pooch, the pics dont really show it but its almost all gone now. Painful knees from 30 day shred/30 day squat challenge!
I managed level one absolutely fine, I am now on day 6 of level 2 and my knees are really beginning to ache, but joint pain rather than muscular . I'm ensuring i warm up and cool down properly, but any squats/lunges literally make them throb! Don't want to seem stupid but shall i push on? or not push myself as hard? Thanks
