Painful knees from 30 day shred/30 day squat challenge!

I managed level one absolutely fine, I am now on day 6 of level 2 and my knees are really beginning to ache, but joint pain rather than muscular . I'm ensuring i warm up and cool down properly, but any squats/lunges literally make them throb! Don't want to seem stupid but shall i push on? or not push myself as hard?

    I have alot of trouble with the 30ds myself. The jumping jacks etc kill my knees. I also started the squat challenge and got to 130 a day but it was killing my knees too. I just stopped doing them. Its not worth being in pain.

    Also try a joint supplement ( glucosimine maybe?) that might help
