Eating healthy, working out, but not seeing results?
Here's the thing... I started working out back at the end of 2011 after seeing a photo of me that was just horrendous. I was able to get from 238lbs down to 160lbs in just a little over a year (Nov' '11 - Jan' '13)... then I plateaued... then the weight started reversing. By Nov' '13, I was back up to 217lbs.
